With guidance from the Priests of catholic churches, we select specific rural settlements denoted as areas in extremely poor living conditions. We advocate the Catholic Church since they manage the data of rural settlements that have been assigned to them, the majority being poor areas. They inform us of the location, amount of families, and primary needs in certain communities.
Project proposal
A meeting is held with the logistics and finance department to discuss a range of topics: an action plan that will bring improvements to the community, budget, length of the project. The proposal is then presented to the external members of Desprendete and a conclusive plan is made.
ACTION
According to the focus of the project, products are bought, physical donations are received within the time period agreed, missions to the rural communities are scheduled, and the categorized donations are given to each family.
ANALYSIS
The progress and results are discussed days later, with the purpose to evaluate the quality of the work, propose possible improvements, or follow the same logistics.
